What is your company’s history?

RDSI is a professional services company performing a wide range of engineering, technical, training, monitoring and program & fiscal management services, solving problems for the Government, Public Safety and Commercial Innovation customers. Since its inception in 1989, RDSI has developed into a relied upon, multi-disciplined technical engineering partner with an established reputation for quality, agility, sound business practices and professional ethics. Over the years, RDSI has made substantive investments in highly qualified people, process improvements and technological advancements to provide an increase in overall productivity, reductions in total lifecycle costs while maintaining today’s complex weapon systems amid an environment of limited resources.

RDSI is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) employing more than 80 team members who are dedicated to the delivery of products and services our customers and teammates are proud of while providing our team members with a professional work environment they will value during their careers. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, RDSI has branch offices in Middletown, Rhode Island; Pawcatuck, Connecticut; and San Diego, California.

What services and/or products does your company provide?

As a respected member of America’s Defense community, RDSI pioneered Electronic Warfare (EW) training and simulation with EWPro™ for the US Navy and recently launched EWPro 20/20 further innovating and solving modern challenges the warfighter continually faces often in uncharted environments. Additionally, the company continues to develop and refine its proven MRTS-ES (Multi-purpose Reconfigurable Training System for Electronic Warfare Support) system and is currently upgrading Submarine Training facilities with modern improvements.

RDSI offers product and service support in the following areas: Systems Engineering; Design and Integration; Test and Evaluation; Training Solutions; Shipboard Fabrications and Installation; Program and Financial Management; Logistics and Configuration Management; Lifecycle Support Sustainment; Advanced Technology Design and Integration; and New Technologies and Material Applications.
