The SENEDIA Defense Partnership Program is a workforce development initiative that supports skills building and talent development in the IT/cybersecurity, engineering, supply chain management, technology, and business support fields. This program works to place candidates in these exciting careers.
The Internship Program helps facilitate exciting, hands-on, paid internship experiences for individuals entering the workforce, as well as transitioning professionals. Funded by a grant from Real Jobs RI, this program prepares, connects, and supports the talent of tomorrow through an engaging internship experience, from application to completion. We place more than 30 interns a year, and more than 90% land a job after their internship experience.
Job Search Support
The Job Search Support program is designed to help graduating students, recent graduates, and veterans find a rewarding career at one of SENEDIA’s innovative companies in the defense industry. Funded by a grant from Real Jobs RI, this program can potentially support candidates with 1:1 resume coaching, job search support, and access to online training for defense related industry certifications.
