The Southeastern New England Defense Industry Alliance (SENEDIA) is offering multiple scholarships of up to $1000 each for the Fall/Spring term to 5th semester or later matriculating Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) students for the 2015/2016 academic year. Any student, a permanent resident of the Southeastern New England area (Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts), who is currently matriculating at an accredited College or University located in United States in a STEM-related field and expects to enter the 5th semester or later equivalent for the Fall 2015/Spring 2016 academic year is eligible for an award if they provide justification as to how this scholarship will benefit the Southeastern New England work force. Deadline for applications is May 1, 2015. Employees or immediate family members of SENEDIA member companies are provided extra consideration in application evaluation.
